The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary business contact for our education partners and is responsible for their satisfaction, retention and growth. The person will work with multiple contacts at a district/university to consult with, design and carry out customized implementation plans that align Hoonuit’s offerings to the partner’s goals and initiatives. Some qualifications for the position are High School Diploma required, Post Secondary Education preferred and 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Engineer who enjoys finding issues and their solutions to support our products and our customer, a person passionate about delighting customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues reported by our customers, finding and Implementing solutions for the reported issues, configuring and Supporting our Data Warehouse product for customers. Some of the qualifications we are looking for are Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or equivalent experience and Proficiency in SQL is a must.
The Solution Developer works to enhance and support the Hoonuit Analytic products. Some duties are to implement ETL processes that populate star schemas using a variety of source data on data warehouse implementations supporting a product and design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL process. Some qualifications are Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience and SQL coding/querying skills in SQL Server and/or MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, JAVA.
The Educational Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships with K-12 schools. You must be able to understand, effectively articulate and communicate Hoonuit’s value proposition. Work with prospects to share and align insights to key priorities and challenges facing their institution. Some qualifications are Solution sales experience to public sector or other structured buying processes and successful sales track record in new or unchartered territories. Also, some skill selling as a VAR, ISV in partnership with large enterprise technology company (e.g. Microsoft, IBM).
