Marketing Engagement Associate

We are looking for a creative and talented content creator, curator, and engagement marketer to produce and source various types of content to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This entry-level role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. As the engagement associate you will be responsible for growing our reach, engaging and retaining our audience, and supporting the lead conversion to customers. A successful candidate is a self-motivated marketer, strong communicator, and social community participant with a passion for education.

Group Controller 

The Group Controller is a part of our financial team and will be responsible for the accurate reporting of all company financial positions, maintaining ledgers across four private equity-owned units and staying current on accounting best practices for the EdTech Industry. Some qualifications include 5+ years of accounting experience, M&A accounting experience preferred, and currently or pursuing CPA preferred.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Hoonuit’s analytics projects delivered by the Implementation Service Team.  You will manage projects and function as lead business analyst on multiple concurrent implementation projects and Act as primary contact during project implementation including data validation, test planning, execution, issue management, collaboration with development staff, and testing/project sign off.  Some qualifications are 3-5 years of project management experience preferably in the K-12 education space and understands data warehouse architecture and data warehousing best practices.

Senior Solution Developer

The Solution Developer works to enhance and support the Hoonuit analytic products.  They will implement ETL processes that populate star schemas using a variety of source data on data warehouse implementations supporting a product and design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL process.  Some qualifications are Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors, or 7+ years of equivalent work experience and Experience with relational database design/modeling.

Cloud Ops Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Ops Engineer who is excited to drive technology innovation in achieving business outcomes at Hoonuit. Responsibilities include building automation and services to deploy new customers in Azure and lift and shift migrations. You will need a blend of deep technical engineering expertise with a motivating leadership style to direct multi-site teams and integrate two platforms. You must be able to make strategic decisions to help create an efficient, scalable team and platform to achieve business objectives.

Customer Success Manager

A Customer Success Manager serves as the primary business contact for our education partners and is responsible for their satisfaction, retention, and growth.  This position works closely with a designated number of customers to design and carry out implementation plans that align Hoonuit’s resources and support to the needs, goals and initiatives across each district.

Educational Sales Executive, Analytic Solutions

The Educational Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships with K-12 schools. You must be able to understand, effectively articulate and communicate Hoonuit’s value proposition. Work with prospects to share and align insights to key priorities and challenges facing their institution. Some qualifications are Solution sales experience to public sector or other structured buying processes and successful sales track record in new or unchartered territories. Also, some skill selling as a VAR, ISV in partnership with large enterprise technology company (e.g. Microsoft, IBM).
